The seven key principles of effective communication are known as the 7 C’s: clarity, conciseness, coherence, completeness, correctness, courtesy, and consideration.

The students learned about the importance of clarity in communication, including the use of clear language, specific details, and precise messaging to convey ideas effectively. The next key is conciseness, which helps students communicate concisely, avoiding unnecessary repetition or wordiness to keep messages clear and concise. The next key is coherence, which helps students by emphasizing the need for logical organization and flow of ideas to ensure understanding and engagement. The next key is completeness, which helps students ensure completeness in their communication by providing all necessary information. The next key is correctness, which helps with communication, including grammar, spelling, and accuracy of information. The next key is courtesy, which helps by giving practice tips provided to students to encourage participation in communicating and showing respect and consideration. The last key is consideration, in which it helps significantly with audience needs, preferences, and cultural background.
