Resource person Mrs. Nisha Mallikarjan has expertise in conducting engaging sessions, providing valuable insights and guidance on improving verbal skills. The various aspects of verbal ability, including vocabulary enhancement, grammar corrections, and reading skills, in improving verbal communication were delivered to the students. Through interactive exercises and practice sessions, students were able to apply their acquired skills, and correcting their mistakes in a supportive learning environment was helpful to them.
This session on verbal ability skills became more interactive as students were asked to communicate with each other so that a practical demonstration was possible in guiding the students and also correcting their mistakes at that time itself. Students gained an understanding of how improving these abilities might improve their communication skills in their daily practice.

Resource person Mr. Arasu MT is a renowned writing expert who leads engaging sessions, offering guidance and tips on writing skills for formal documents, professional emails, and essays. Students learned about the essential elements and structure of formal writing, including proper formatting, tone, and language usage in different contexts. Practical advice and best practices were shared with students for effective writing email messages, covering topics such as subject lines, greetings, body language, content, and sign-offs. Planning for the essay, organizing and developing that idea, and concluding that topic with the right conclusion strategies were shared with the students.
The session became an interactive kind of workshop as writing exercise opportunities were given to the students. The real-world examples and case studies were presented to illustrate effective writing techniques, and corrections and suggestions were addressed to the students. Our students gained a deeper understanding of the principles of effective writing and acquired practical skills to enhance their formal writing, email communication, and essay writing abilities.

The session on the essentials of grammar aimed to provide students with a foundational understanding of the fundamental elements of grammar.
The resource person, Mr.Rajeev Swamy, delivered the introduction to the various parts, like parts of speech, right usage of grammar, effective communication, and writing skills. Students received a comprehensive overview of the different parts of speech, including nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, pronouns, prepositions, conjunctions, and interjections.
Experts gave clear explanations and examples to illustrate the function and usage of each part of speech, making complex grammar easy and comfortable to use. Sessions became so interactive by engaging our students in communication activities and exercises through practice. Sessions became practical as students learned how to identify and use different parts of speech in sentences, enhancing their ability to construct grammatically correct usage in writing and spoken communication.
By the end of the session, a dedicated question-and-answer activity provided students with the opportunity to seek clarification on specific grammar rules and concepts, creating a more supportive and interactive learning environment. Students gained a solid understanding of the essentials of grammar and the role of each part of speech in constructing meaningful and effective communication.
