The session objective was to encourage the students to develop the vital interpersonal skills that are necessary for both personal and professional achievements in their careers.
Our resource person, Mr. Prakash M. Walavalkar, conducted the comprehensive session, which is dedicated to enhancing students’ skills for personal and professional growth. A variety of soft skill topics were delivered to the students, like effective writing practice, reading practice, being well updated in their respective fields, accepting the challenges and responsibilities, leadership qualities, communication, and being a healthy fit. Mr. Prakash addressed each question that was asked by the students in the middle and at the end of the session. The session was very interesting to the students, as they were really excited to learn more about the skills and other important habits to have in one’s life. Students gained an understanding of how improving these abilities might improve their employability and prospects for career growth through engaging discussions and real-world examples.
The resource person, Mr. Prakash M. Walavalkar, gave students experience that helped them believe in themselves first and then act with confidence to achieve their full potential. Students were encouraged to develop these skills in their daily practice, as these skills will help them with personal growth as well.

The event’s objective was to encourage the students with vital interpersonal skills that are necessary for both personal and professional achievements in their careers.
Resource person, Mr. Arasu M.T., delivered the significance of soft skills in today's competitive world. Various areas of soft skills, including leadership, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and adaptability, were taught to the students. Through interactive discussions with the students and through his experiences, he was able to deliver real-life examples, and that helped for a better understanding of how to improve their individual skills and gain confidence in being social.
Students were actively involved by interacting with the resource person, and they have asked many queries too. Questions like how to overcome fear while speaking in front of the public? Was brilliantly answered by the resource person, and that helped each individual gain greater confidence in herself or himself as well. The students gained knowledge on how to interpret nonverbal clues, such as body language and facial expressions, that go beyond words. Through hands-on activities and role-plays, students improved their ability to identify and were able to stand with confidence and speak.
Mr. Arasu M.T. provided students with valuable guidance on enhancing their listening skills, delivering ideas fluently, and engaging politely with diverse perspectives through group discussion as well. Through this session, our students are prepared to build confidence in their lives. With confidence, they will engage in social activities in society, which will help in both personal and professional aspects.
