Training and Placement Cell is an integral part of our Institute. Training activities are organized throughout the year to prepare the students for the campus selection process. The cell is sensitized to function throughout the year towards generating placement and training opportunities for the Students. The Placement Cell is headed by the Dean of Training & Placement and has a team of Placement coordinators from each department, well supported by the Placement trainers.
The Placement Cell aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry. We focus on industry-academic interface programs in collaboration with leading industries in various sectors. Jain Institute of Technology proudly boasts of providing our students with a wide range of Campus Recruitment Training programs aimed at enhancing their life skills, soft skills, employability skills, personality development, technical skills, out-of-the-box thinking, creativity, and innovativeness. The placement cell also initiates many curricular and extra-curricular activities to ignite their minds. Also, various career-orientating seminars and workshops are conducted, ultimately leading to campus placements. We make sure, the students imbibe the right attitude and skills to face the challenges in the work culture.

Public Sector Exams Training
The Jain Institute of Technology organizes various programmes to improve soft skills, professional communication and personality development, technical skills, interpersonal skills and with a positive attitude to life through career counselling by in-house resource person and also by outsourcing to professional finishing schools/experts. Students are also assisted in preparing professional resumes by conducting resume writing workshops. Management development programs are conducted by experts. The Career Development Cell also assists the departments in organizing Industry oriented workshops, leadership talks, lectures, competitions and Workshops in niche areas of their specific corresponding streams.
Training and Placement department facilitates in conducting orientation and counselling on higher education opportunities. Department involves in mentoring students for opportunities in higher education and entrepreneurship.
Pre-Placement Training for the pre-final year students in the form of Pre-Placement talks arranged by various industries / corporate, training from the seniors on nature of the written test being imparted and process of interview of different industries. Placement Department also regularly organizes talks from the various professionals from different universities for pursuing higher education in abroad and talks from trainers for taking competitive exams like CAT, GMAT, and Aptitude etc.
Industries and corporate companies – Under the umbrella of Jain Group of Institutions invite the best recruiters in the market during the internship and placement season covering various sectors such as Core Engineering, IT, Non-IT, Finance, Consulting, Automobiles, PSUs and act as a conduit between institute and industry.
