Samuel Jigme Harrison

Samuel Jigme Harrison started his Engineering education from St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, Chennai with a Bachelor’s degree in the field of Electronics and Communication between 2004 and 2008. He then completed his Master’s in Science (MS), specializing on Integrated Circuit Design, a joint degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and Technical University of Munich, Germany in 2010. He also holds a Master’s in business administration (MBA) from Anglia Ruskin University, UK.

Samuel started his career with Avago Technologies, Singapore in 2010 as an Entry level IC Design Engineer. He then got promoted as the Senior ASIC Design Engineer in 2014 and the company was renamed as Broadcom Limited, Singapore in 2016. Samuel is currently working with ST Microelectronics ASIA Pacific PTE Ltd, Singapore since 2017 as the Senior Digital IC Design Engineer. He has 12 years of experience in VLSI, specializing in Physical Design Implementation. He received a Technical Merit Award (Best Paper) in SNUG PENANG 2018 conducted by Synopsys for presenting a paper titled "A Novel Approval in Security Implementation and Clock Tree Synthesis using ICC2". He has also published an article titled “Importance of Security in IC Design” by the Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association (SSIA) in their technical magazine "Singapore Semiconductor Voice" in May 2019. Samuel is currently a Keynote speaker and Resource person in international conferences and webinars!

Clarissa Loureiro

Clarissa Loureiro holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Campina Grande and the INSA (Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon), France (2006), MSc in Electrical Engineering and Computing in the area of Biomedical Engineering by Unicamp, Brazil. Her PhD is in Electrical Engineering at UNICAMP and George Mason University in Washington, DC, USA. Clarissa was Chair for the R9 region of Latin America and the Caribbean in 2015-2016, of the IEEE WIE.

Her area of research involves neurosciences, electrical engineering applied to new diagnoses and therapies of diseases such as Cancer, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, among others. Already worked with robotics, ionizing radiations and electromagnetism. She developed projects in the area of technology for public school education in Brazil and Latin America. She is part of the development team of the Maturity Model of Sustainable Smart Cities project of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation of Brazil. Clarissa has given more than 100 lectures in Brazil, and the World, encouraging the empowerment of women in scientific and technological areas, forming IEEE WIE groups. She participates in NGOs related to early childhood education and supporting women in the labor market. She is a delegate from the state of São Paulo of public policies and Councilor of the Municipality of Campinas of the Municipal Council of Women's Rights.




Dr. Bui Thanh Hung (Ph.D)
Ton Duc Thang University, Vietnam

He received his M.S. degree and Ph.D. degree from Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST) in 2010 and in 2013. He is currently a researcher at the Faculty of Information Technology, Ton Duc Thang University. He is also the director of Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence Laboratory - DAAI Lab at Thu Dau Mot University

He has completed 2 projects, published 52 journals, 13 book chapters, 35 International conference papers and 15 domestic conference papers. He had three best paper awards of FICTA 2018, RICE 2020 and ICAIAA 2021 and was selected as Excellent Scientific Researcher of Thu Dau Mot University in 2019, 2020, 2021. He is a reviewer of many reputed indexed journals and conferences. He has also served as Keynote Speakers for many international conferences and traveled across the countries. His area of interests includes Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Machine Translation, Text Processing, Data Analytics, Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence
